Tuesdays 4pm - 5.30pm during school terms
The little class is for girls in low to mid primary school (from 7 years). We work on art projects every week, with a cooking session, followed by art, every third week.
The aim of this program is for girls to feel great about themselves and their artwork. All creative projects are designed to be nurturing, achievable and fun.
With a maximum of 10 students, each child receives plenty of personal attention and gentle guidance. They explore a range of professional art materials and each process is explained step-by-step in small, achievable goals.
Qualities such as sharing, teamwork being kind, perseverance and self-confidence are always positively reinforced and subtle life-coaching strategies are used to nurture creative hearts.
With this approach kids end up with a better result than they ever thought they could produce; which makes them feel great.
